I'm having trouble attaching or inserting a photo into a message. I want to upload a photo from my computer, but it just keeps loading and loading and never finishes. Please take a look. Thank you.

please let us know what browser, operating system, and device (PC, tablet, etc.) you’re using. That might be helpful for the developers.
