I've been trying to log in on another computer for days now. I'm entering everything correctly—password and email—so why isn't it working?

Do you see an error message when you try to log in? If so, what does it say?

Hello,
when logging in, it says, "Incorrect password, incorrect username."
If you are not logged in yet, you can create a free account. ......
and even though I enter the correct password.

OK, then please try this:
- Restart the second PC, and try using a different browser on that PC—for example, Firefox instead of Chrome, or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
- Did you perhaps have the Caps Lock key pressed, so that the password was entered in uppercase? It isn’t displayed openly, but only as dots, etc.

Good morning, I have almost the same problem!
I registered here on February 21, 2016, as "die-Haekelhexxe". I accidentally closed the window, and EVEN THOUGH my account and password were saved, everything was suddenly deleted. When I logged in again with my email address, I got a completely new account, which also says that I’ve been registered since January!
I’ve already checked all my passwords and all my other email addresses, but it’s as if "die-Haekelhexxe" has been deleted!!!
