Are customer inquiries “cut off” after smiley faces?

Hello Support Team,

I received an email about a comment on Tom Hase.
The email shows me the entire message, but the comment field only displays a cryptic greeting that ends with a smiley.

That’s not great, because it makes it almost impossible to respond to inquiries.
