Good evening,
I have just paid for several patterns and then downloaded them, except for one.
For that one, neither a PDF nor a ZIP file is displayed, but it has been paid for...
What can I do?
Best regards

Hello Nadine,
welcome to our forum and to the platform.
After purchase, you can browse patterns online and then specifically download the files you want to print, for example; that way it also works without unzipping.
You’ll find the button for this on the respective product page, always on the right under the price info or under the download button.
Having trouble downloading? Browse this pattern online.
Please give that a try and let us know again here in the thread.
