When can I download it?

I made the online bank transfer on February 20, 2016, and now
I'd like to know when I'll get access to download it

Hi Beate, welcome to our portal and forum. Bank transfers usually take 2–3 days, though of course no transactions are processed on weekends. Did you include your username with the transfer so the amount can be credited to your prepaid account? You can, of course, download the free patterns until the transfer has been received.

Or is that not enough for an online bank transfer?
After all, I can’t enter a username there.
