Hello,

I received your email yesterday and replied to it.
The pattern has now been made available for download, as the payment has been received in the meantime.

I’m writing this here again for your information, since it’s visible in the public section of the forum:

Payment for patterns can be made in various ways.

1. PayPal balance
2. Bank transfer
3. Sofort transfer (via Klarna)
4. Payment using your store credit account
5. Payment by credit card

Depending on the payment method selected, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to be credited to our account and for the pattern to be made available for download. As soon as we receive the payment, customers will receive an email notification with a link to download the pattern.
