I signed up here for the first time and see a section labeled “My Account Balance.” What does that mean?

That’s where you can “top up” your store credit.... You have two options for paying for patterns: via PayPal or bank transfer, or you can use the store credit you’ve loaded onto your account here. If you have store credit here, the patterns are a little cheaper. You’ve probably already noticed that the price for the patterns says “starting at ...€”; if you pay with your store credit, you’ll pay the lower price, and if you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, it’ll cost a little more—but it’s usually just a few cents....
