I transferred 20 EUR to you 5 days ago—what’s going on with that?

You’ve been here for quite a while now, and you know that your transfers to CP always go through. We’ve discussed this several times on the forum before—we’ve always found a good solution, and that will be the case this time as well. If you made the transfer 5 days ago, that was probably over the weekend or on Friday, and banks don’t process transfers on Friday evenings or over the weekend. So the transfer was likely processed on Monday—two days ago. It usually takes 2–3 days for the money to reach CP, so it should be credited to your CP account soon. But of course, you can contact support again.
