Crochet and Knitting Patterns

I just downloaded various patterns. Unfortunately, they're all in English. How can I find the German translations?
Can anyone help me with this?

I just bought some patterns and don’t want to download them. Can I always view the patterns here, or do they disappear when I log out?

You can always find your downloads here: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/users/downloads
They’ll still be available under this link at any time, even after you log out. Did you know that you can open the patterns without downloading them? --> the “Browse online” button
