Double Knitting Pattern Scarf "Winter Kitties"

This scarf with the adorable kitties on a snowy winter day is the perfect accessory for all little and grown-up cat lovers! For young children I recommend the keyhole version as described in detail in this pattern. For older children or adults you can work the scarf longer and without keyhole.

This scarf is knitted in the Double Knitting Technique. Thus, it is extra soft and warm, and it looks beautiful on both sides.

You will get three separate pdf documents:

• general instructions on how to knit the scarf
• knitting charts Part A and Part B for the motif

skills level: advanced

Gauge 25 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4“ x 4“)

Size of the scarf will be approx. 14 cm x 82 cm.

Please note : If you have a different gauge, the size of the finished scarf will be different, too!

• Yarn with running length of about 150-180 m / 50 gr; two colours with high contrast, approx. 50-70 gr per colour; if you make a longer version, you will need more yarn accordingly
• 2 x circular needle 3 mm
• Darning needle
• Scissors
