Summer Slump - a easy shawl

Looking for a small shawl that doesn't require much thinking? No matter which yarn or how many meters you have?

The shawl is worked entirely in garter stitch.
You will also need to make yarn overs, know how to knit stitches out of the yarn overs, knit stitches together, and work a 3-stitch I-Cord edge on both sides.

• Your favorite yarn with at least 400 m and up to 800 m
• A suitable knitting needle that allows you to knit nice, even garter stitch
• A kitchen scale to determine approximately half of your yarn usage
• 1 locking stitch marker to mark the right side
• 1 locking stitch marker to mark the increase/decrease side
• Scissors and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends
