simple lantern

Nothing is nicer than soft lighting scattered throughout your home, garden, balcony, terrace, or mobile home such as a motorhome, camper van, or awning.
Lanterns somehow make everything more homely and cozy. That's why I really wanted to have one of these little things hanging up. I've now given many people one as a gift. But so that everyone can make their own, I'm now trying to put the whole thing down on paper and explain it to you in such a way that anyone can recreate a lantern.

• 1 metal ring 10 cm
  • 1 metal ring 20 cm

• 1 small key ring

  • 1 bead approx. 2 cm in diameter
  • Light source, e.g. 20 LED string with timer function suitable for indoors and outdoors
• About 300m 4-ply yarn
  • Suitable crochet hook (I worked with a size 3)
