What could be nicer than having a snowball fight between snowmen when Mother Hulda shakes out her pillows?
Wrapped up with a hat and gloves. But we still need the right neck warmer. Let's make one ourselves. Whether for the winter or the cooler summer nights. All you have to do is choose the right yarn. Then it's suitable for every season.
You should be able to master knit and purl stitches. Increases and decreases are a must here ;)
If you want to work the snowball edge, you should be a little practiced with the crochet hook and at least know how to work chain stitches, single crochets and double crochets.
Counting is a must here.
individual
• Lace yarn 600m/100g OR
• approx. 900m/300g handspun yarn OR
• approx. 685m 4-ply yarn OR
• approx. 800m(840)/200g 4-ply sock yarn
• Suitable circular knitting needle, 80 cm long. The knitted fabric should look airy and loose, but still have a nice, dense stitch pattern.
• 1 crochet hook to match the knitting needle
• cable needle with two open ends
• 1 stitch marker
• Needle for sewing and a pair of scissors
No resale of the instructions, or duplication, etc. Also no sale of a finished part!
**But it would be really wonderful if you could show your finished pieces here. This encourages others and it is always great to see how different tastes are and how beautiful every single piece is!
