Serenas LaceSweater | knitting pattern | Lacesweater, knitted sweater

Product description

Straightforward, cosy, light as a feather. Three attributes that fit Serena's Lacesweater perfectly. It has a straight cut, but the cuffs give it a figure-hugging look. The pattern is very easy to knit, and the yarn shows it off perfectly despite its absolute fluffiness.
Serena's lacesweater is a bottom-up raglan sweater. First work the body and sleeves separately in rounds before joining all the pieces together and shaping the yoke to the neckline by raglan decreases. The neckline is close-fitting and simple.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

This pattern is for advanced beginners. You can follow the special sections step by step, the pattern is knitted using a chart.

Size Information

XS (S/M, L/XL, 2XL/3XL, 4XL)

Bust circumference of the finished sweater: 87 (102, 116, 131, 145) cm.
The sweater was calculated according to standard body measurements. The pattern will inevitably result in intermediate sizes. The measurements given are those you will achieve by wetblocking with the correct gauge. It is possible to adjust the measurements downwards by reducing the tension during blocking on your finished jumper.

Materials List

  • 150 (200, 250, 250, 300) g „Modena“ by Lamana (335 m, 25 g), held double; if you plan to lengthen the sweater, you
might need a little bit more yarn.
  • 2,5 & 3,5 mm needles or the needle size you need to meet gauge, possibly double pointed needles for the sleeves, if you don’t use the magic-loop-method
  • 8 stitchmarkers; Tip: take 7 of the same and one different sm if you have
  • Scrap yarn for putting sts on hold
  • Tapestry needle for final touches
