Richtiges Garn für Vorhänge / Gardinen?

Halli Hallo zusammen :)

bisher hat mich das Thema Gardinen usw. nicht besonders interessiert, aber jetzt habe ich den Auftrag bekommen, welche zu häkeln. Natürlich mache ich das sehr gerne :)
Nun stelle ich mir die Frage: Welches Garn nimmt man da? Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung, was am besten geeignet ist und nach was ich suchen sollte.

Was nehmt ihr da immer so? Material, Stärke, Nadel,... :)

(Bitte keine Links posten, die werden sonst sowieso wieder gelöscht :))

Hi Tina! 
Meine Tante hat früher feine Gardinen gehäkelt .
sie gab mir folgende Angaben
formstabiles Baumwoll Häkelgarn
Stärke 5:
Nadelstärke 1 3/4 - 2
Lauflänge 100 g = ca. 400 m

Für dickere Gardinen
Stärke 10
