wer kann mir sagen, wie ich Gelenkscheiben richtig verwende. Am Besten noch als Video!
Irgendjemand MUSS das doch wissen.

hast du schon mal bei YouTube nachgeschaut? 
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es dort auch Tutorials zu dem Thema gibt.

Stuuuunden. Blöderweise hat meine Freundin irgenwann ein Video gesehen, weiss aber nicht mehr von wem das war.
Ich habe echt keine Beschreibung gefunden.

Der Teddy ist zwar genäht aber die Funktion der Gelenkscheiben wird da erklärt. 

War das Video, das deine Freundin gesehen hat, ein deutsches? 
Ansonsten könnte man noch in den englischen Videos suchen.
