Invalid upload

Hi!
Can someone please help me? I can upload my photo, but as soon as I try to upload a RAR file, I get an "invalid upload" error. Is this because it's a RAR file and not a ZIP file?

Hi Bastelkeks,
what are you trying to upload the file for? Is it a pattern, your profile picture, an image for the forum, etc.?

Hi Alexander!

I wanted to upload a pattern, and I can upload the main image for it, but when it comes to the pattern itself and the other images that are supposed to be uploaded as a ZIP file, it always gives me this error message.

Hi Bastelkeks,

you need to upload 3 files:

1.) A thumbnail image
2.) A ZIP archive containing images for the gallery
3.) A ZIP archive containing the main file (product)

So they must be proper ZIP archives (not RAR files).

Hello! I’m having the same problem with file uploads. I have no problems uploading photos, but only with PDF files. I put them into ZIP archives, but I still get the warning that the upload failed. What did I do wrong?

This is how I do it: right-click with the mouse and then select “Send to” > “Compressed (zipped) folder.”
Take a look. Maybe it’ll work then.
