You need to comment on the post again and make sure NOT to check the "Notify me of replies" box—then you'll essentially be unsubscribed.

If you click on your profile picture, you’ll see “Settings” at the very bottom. Click on that, then scroll down a bit further to “Notifications.” Click there, and a menu will open where you can change this setting.
