Address

Hi everyone, 
I picked out a crochet pattern and added it to my cart. When I click “Proceed to checkout,” I’m asked to enter my address. Why is this needed? I assumed I’d be able to download the pattern after payment, not that it would be mailed to me!? So why do I need to provide an address now, when it wasn’t requested during registration?

Hello, and thank you for your question.

We do not send anything by mail. The template/pattern will be available as a download once payment has been received. We need the address at checkout to calculate and remit VAT correctly. After payment is received, you will find the files in your account under “Downloads” and will also receive a link by email. For bank transfers or direct debit, activation may be slightly delayed.
