 The “Autumn Leaf” shawl is perfect for keeping warm outdoors on those first cool evenings. It’s slightly longer in the back, so it keeps your lower back nice and warm. The shawl is initially crocheted like a star blanket. Later, the points are worked in. You can crochet it using gradient yarn or leftover yarn in beautiful, warm fall colors.

Crocheted from lots of small leftover balls of yarn—that’s how this shawl came about. It is crocheted from top to bottom, so you can easily choose your desired size yourself. There is a crochet chart as well as written instructions with pictures of the crochet pattern. You should have knowledge of chain stitches, single crochet, and double crochet. One pattern repeat spans 2 rows and is easy for beginners with a little practice to follow.
