Help with Langyarns knitting pattern—Top-Down Wrap Cardigan

I need your help with this knitting pattern

Maybe someone has already knitted it?

I’ve reached the last section and have the following questions that I can’t work out from either the knitting pattern or the pictures.
• I’ve knitted the right tie strap, and now there are 280 stitches on the needle.• Do I also need to knit a tie strap from the left front band?• What does “pick up 7 sts from the edge of the left tie strap” mean? From the side or from the front band? See photo

• “Across the 280 sts left on hold in pattern ||....” — so also across the 7 front-band stitches that were left on hold too? Photo• Where is the left tie strap formed?• And where is it threaded through if there isn’t a hole there? According to the photos, the right tie strap goes around the outside.
Can anyone help????
