Email Reactivation

Hi,
I just wanted to ask if anyone else is having this problem.

For the past few days, the system has been constantly telling me that an email couldn’t be sent. Either I reactivate it (which I did, and it worked) or I set up a new address. I did that too, and it worked as well. But as soon as I go back to CP later in the day, the same thing happens again—a red banner with that message.

Is anyone else experiencing this, and/or is this just a system glitch? I haven’t had any problems with my email address anywhere else.

Try using a different browser to see if you have the same problem there. If not, try clearing your browser cache; that might be the cause.

Thanks, Michaela—I’ve tried everything. No solution 😔

The strange thing is that the reactivation email goes to the address stored in the system 🤔 and then it works briefly.

I’ve had this problem before, too, and I ended up using a different email address for a while. After a few weeks, I switched back to my original email, and everything has been arriving and working fine ever since.

Your best bet is to contact support. Maybe they’ll have a solution.
