Technical issue: Are newly created threads only visible once someone replies to them?

who among you has already encountered this problem?

I can see this thread—after all, it was just created.

Not just today, but in general.

I can see newly created threads even if no one has replied to them yet.

No, you don’t have to reply to every thread you create right away.
This problem doesn’t happen all the time or everywhere.
But I know that someone here in the forum mentioned it once, and I’d like to discuss it again. 

Well, I haven’t had any problems either, and I can see newly created threads even without any comments yet.
However, I’ve had it happen several times that German and English threads get mixed up and are displayed all jumbled together.
Or threads I’ve already read are shown as “unread” again, even though no new comments have been added.
It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen.
