Corrupt File

Hello, I purchased the embroidery file for the German islands. I’ve already embroidered the island of Sylt, but unfortunately the file for the outline lettering isn’t working. I’ve downloaded and saved it several times, but the machine keeps showing a corrupted file. Can anyone help me with this? It’s supposed to be a gift for tomorrow.
