Deposited amount of €20

Dear Sir or Madam, on January 22, 2021, I transferred
€20.00 to you for store credit.
But my store credit account shows a balance of 0.03 cents.
How can that be?
It also keeps saying that something is wrong with my email address.
But everything is spelled correctly, and I don't want a new one.
I have also tried a new password, but that didn't work either.
Did I perhaps forget to activate something?
I am very interested in your site and would like to use it again.
