How can I remove the two items from my shopping cart? I've already tried, but it's not working. Could you please help me and remove the items? Thank you.

Hello,

did you place an order and select payment by bank transfer?
If so, did you click the "Done, continue shopping" button? If not, that is why the patterns cannot be removed from the shopping cart. The shopping cart empties when this button is clicked, or at the latest when the payment is received and the patterns are released for download.

If you have not purchased any of the patterns and do not see the delete button, please try the following: Clear your cookies and cache and refresh your browser. Then log in again. After that, check whether you can see the delete button.
