Hi, I have patterns in my shopping cart that I’ve already purchased twice—and been charged for—as well as one that I don’t want at all. I wanted to buy a new one and just now realized this was the case. How can I delete them?

Hi, I just tried it.

If you leave the shopping cart and go to another page—for example, the new patterns page—and then return to the shopping cart, you can delete the pattern and your shopping cart will be empty again.

That’s how it worked for me.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately it’s not working for me. It keeps saying “Reload.”
