Hi,
I just purchased a plotter file.
However, I can't open it after downloading it.
The SVG file immediately displays an error.

Hi Anja,
You can message the author directly using the messaging feature. If you go to the author’s shop page, you’ll see “Contact” at the top left.
Message her there, because then she’ll be able to see that you purchased the file, and in that case I would send you the PDF by email. I think she’ll do that too.
