Double knitting pattern Scarf "Frangipani"

These blossoms remind me of the tropical frangipani – I almost smelled the sweet fragrance of these beautiful flowers while I knitted this scarf. Especially on a cold and grey winter day it is a comfort to wrap this scarf around oneself and dream of warm exotic places.

This scarf is knitted in the double knitting technique. Thus, it is extra soft and warm, and it looks beautiful on both sides.

You will get three separate pdf documents:

skills level: advanced

Gauge 25 stitches x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4“ x 4“)

Size of the scarf will be approx. 20 cm x 145 cm. You can vary the length of the scarf very easily.

Please note : If you have a different gauge, the size of the finished scarf will be different, too!

• hobbii Magic Sock Wool (400 m / 100 gr), Sandy Beach (beige, colour 15) and Poppy Field (red, colour 19), 1 skein à 100 gr per colour;
  for a longer scarf you will need a second skein of each colour
• knitting needles 2.5 mm / US 1 ½
• tapestry needle, scissors
