Lin is ideal for the transitional seasons when thick hats are too bulky, but you still want something stylish on your head. Knitted as a beret in cotton, silk, or linen, Lin is also a wonderful summer hat.
This pattern shows how to knit a beret (blue) and a slouch (red).
The instructions before the slash are for the beret, the instructions after the slash for the longer version.
