You will find a contact link in the author's profile and store. You can use this or the contact information listed in the pattern to contact the author.
There are two options to get the correct language.
The first option is to download the complete zip folder and unzip it.
The second one is to log in to your account and click on download. Choose the pattern and click on the blue button "Download". Then click on the next blue button "View files".
Now you can see all of the translations that are provided for the pattern and among them is also the English translation.

I don't know of what pattern are You talking about exactly, but first of all You could try to contact the author directly. Only author has patterns that he is offering and only he could send You that what You need.
There are several possibilities, how You can contact the author:
- whether You can ask for help directly via comment section on the product page
- or send a private message on the shop page of the author.
