Crochet an Ambulance – a Soft Emergency Vehicle to Play With (EN & DE)

Product description

IMPORTANT: You are buying a PDF pattern, NOT the finished item.

This pattern is bilingual: you get it in English and in German.

Crochet an ambulance – PDF crochet pattern in English and German for a crocheted emergency vehicle of about 18 × 25 cm / 7 × 10 inches.

A big, soft emergency vehicle to play with and cuddle: white with red stripes, a red cross and a blue light on the roof. Everything on it is crocheted – there are no plastic parts at all, so the ambulance is fine for the smallest children's rooms. Every step is explained in detail and shown with photos.

PDF pattern in English AND German
Finished size about 18 × 25 cm / 7 × 10 inches
Explained step by step with lots of photos
Basic stitches only: chains, single crochet, increases and decreases
No plastic parts – everything is crocheted
Instant download after purchase

Photo note: The crocheted item is real and made by me. On some photos the background was AI-generated or digitally edited.

If you run into any trouble or something is unclear, please send me a message first – I am happy to help. And if you like the pattern, I would be very glad about a review.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

You should be able to crochet chains and single crochet stitches and know how to increase and decrease. The pattern is worked in rows and in rounds and starts with a magic ring. The single pieces are sewn together at the end. Every step is described in detail and shown with photos.

Difficulty: ‹to be set by Sandra›

Size Information

The finished ambulance will be about 18 × 25 cm / 7 × 10 inches.
Gauge: 20 stitches × 22 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 inches.
The size depends on your yarn and hook.

Materials List

I used Schachenmayr Bravo (50 g / 133 m / 146 yds):

  • white, about 100 g
  • black and grey, about 50 g each
  • leftovers in light orange, orange, light blue and dark blue
  • stuffing

Equipment:

  • hook 11 / D (3 mm)
  • darning needle
