Do you want to crochet a jacket for your child that looks like knitted? Then this crochet tutorial is just for you. A simple children's jacket with a hood and pocket in the front, you can get it done very quickly and easily.

This PDF crochet tutorial consists of illustrated pattern for crocheting baby or children's jacket for sizes 0 m. to approx. 5-year-old child in knit look. The jacket can be crocheted for both summer and winter (depending on the wool). This jacket is crocheted as a raglan jacket and therefore has no disturbing seams.

Attention! The jacket is crocheted partially with the sl st. Crocheting with the sl st, inserted either in the back loops only or in the front loops only of the previous row, requires a little practice. Before you start crocheting the socks, practice crocheting with an old thick wool (wool scraps). After a few practices, crochet with sl st will work out very quickly. Otherwise, crochet very loosely, take the crochet hook 0.5 to 1 size larger than recommended for your wool.
