The socks are worked top-cuff-down in an easy textured stitch pattern, using fingering weight yarn. The pattern is written for the use of DPNs.

Difficulty level: adventurous beginner (working in the round on DPNs, cuff-down sock construction, knit and purl)

k: knit
p: purl
sl: slip
skp: slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
p2tog: purl 2 stitches together

Gauge: 28 stitches/46 rows in stockinette stitch = 10cm/4in.

adult small, medium and large (56, 64 and 72 stitches)
