Materials: Yarn: The scarf shown in the photo is crocheted in "Caron Cakes" (a worsted weight or size 4 yarn) from Caron. Since gauge is not crucial on this project, you can use almost any worsted or size 4 weight yarn.
Tools: Crochet hooks U.S. sizes I and J.

I really wanted the pattern to make a crochet waistcoat for myself like the one I made for myself when i was about 29 years old which is a long time ago now. I'm 79 yrs old now

Fantastic pattern
Not an easy pattern to follow (I ended up sewing each flower together separately as I couldn't get the hang of the joining. It still turned out well though.
