Easy Peasy Feltflower

Felting only shoes gets boring, so why not try something different?

After felting, the felt flower has a diameter of approx. 50 cm. It is suitable as a sofa or seat cushion. Even small four-legged friends can relax on it.

The flower should be knitted with a typical felt yarn with a length of approx. 50 m / 50gr. The entire flower is knitted in stockinette stich.
I did not make a tension sample, as in this case, a few centimeters more or less make no difference.

In total you will need approx. 6 x 100-120 gr. depending on the yarn for the petals and 1 x 50 gr. for the center of the flower. In addition you need filler material to stuff the pillow and a strong thread (cotton yarn or strong sewing thread) for the final seam.
