Imagine this: You simply place a banknote on the right side of your wallet, close it, flip it over once – and open it again. Magic! The note is suddenly on the left side, securely held in place, as if it switched sides all by itself. No magnets, no Velcro, no visible mechanism – just pure magic in pocket format!
This clever effect is a true classic that has delighted magicians and wallet enthusiasts for decades. I wanted to try it myself to understand the trick and make the wallet stable, so I laminated some cardboard. Alternatively, you can of course glue sheet protector onto the cardboard, sew it on, or find your own plastic packaging material that sews well.
In reality, the wallet is easy to sew and definitely fun – even if you’re still a beginner. Please note that I can’t guarantee the banknotes will stay securely inside. In my own Magic Wallets, everything holds very firmly and works perfectly, but I would still only use the wallet inside a handbag.
The instructions are illustrated with photos and include just a few written notes, so they can essentially be used in any language.
