Egg Cosy Christmas Hat, Crochet Pattern

Brrr, it's gotten terribly cold outside. Even the breakfast egg is freezing! Luckily Mrs. Santa has taken the matter into her own hands and put a cute hat on it, so it stays warm and cozy.

Difficulty Level: suitable for skilled beginners, basic knowledge of crochet stitches required

Material used:

• Polyacrylic yarn in red and white (142 yds / 1.75 oz or 130 m / 50 g)
• Crochet hook size 3.5 mm
• Sewing needle, pair of scissors, fork (for the pompoms)

Stitches used:
chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet, increase, half double crochet, front post stitches (description included), Magic Ring, changing color, working into the back loops only
