London Tourist Socks - Knitting Pattern

The London Tourist Socks are knitted from the top down. The toes and an afterthought heel are worked in the process.

The special thing about the London Tourist Socks is that they can be customized. The instructions contain 8 different London motifs that you can use to design your socks to your heart's content.
The pattern does not contain precise instructions on the order in which the London motifs should be knitted. However, it does contain two example socks to serve as inspiration.

Foot circumference:
18-20 (20-22) 22-24 cm

Materials:
DPNs (or short circular needles for socks) 2.5 mm, tapestry needle, stitch markers, scissors

Yarn suggestion:
„Arwetta“ by Filcolana 210 m / 50 g (131.234 yds / 0.88 oz) 80 % wool, 20 % nylon

Yarn quantity:
1 ball each in the colors 100 (white), 218 (chinese red), 102 (black), 200 (yellow), 144 (blue)

Gauge:
32 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm in colorwork pattern with needle size 2.5 mm
