Cardigan "Zip Me Up Cardigan" Knitting Pattern

The Zip Me Up Cardigan is a classic raglan cardigan with a zipper. The cardigan is worked seamless from the top down. The shoulders are formed by raglan increases and german short rows in the neck.
There are two versions described in this pattern:
Version 1 v1: ¾ sleeves
Version 2 v2: long sleeves and pockets
The versions can be combined. All steps are described in this pattern.

You should be able to:

• knit
• purl
• knit in rows
• knit in rounds
• work short rows (explained in the pattern)
• sew on a zipper (pattern includes a video tutorial on how to sew on the zipper)

If you are in between two sizes, choose the larger size. The pattern includes a positive ease of 5 cm for each size.

Please note: You should budget for more yarn if you would like to knit a longer version. You should also take into account that you would need a longer zipper.

circular needles 4 mm and 3,25 mm (80 cm),
DPNs (or shorter circular needles) 4 mm and 3,25 mm,
tapestry needle, stitch markers, additional needle cables (or scrap yarn), 1 divisible zipper (60 cm or 65 cm – depending on the size)
