I like them, but we don't have one at home. We only have a christmas tree and a lot of candles!
My great-grandfather had a homemade wooden nativity scene, certainly 4 square meters. With lighting and moss and and.... I loved every year to look at it there. Let's see - maybe I can find a photo somewhere!
I absolutely love october! The cold but sunny days, the colorful trees,... but i don't really like November, because when I think about it, all I see is grey 😅
No, my son is only two years Old (soon 3) and he doesn't know how to crochet, knit or sew now.
Well - sometimes He has yarn and a hook in his hands and "crochets" together with me, but yes.... 😅
I bought him a "Strickliesel" some days ago (Google teils me That the english word is "knitting spool" 😊) and I want to Show him how to use it today or tomorrow.
Owls are and remain an absolutely cute crochet highlight!
These two cute owls are just looking forward to their upcoming wedding.
They are wonderful as a wedding gift or just as a decoration for owl fans.
Like every of my patterns, it was written step by step and with lots of pictures. So if you have basic crochet skills, you shouldn't have any problems with it :)

Everything!
But I think right now I'm looking forward to the run-up to Christmas the most.
Christmas markets, shopping, decorating, ... And delicious mulled wine!
Tomorrow I'll go to the playground with my sister and our kids.
After that I will visit a colleague who has taken in some refugees to bring him clothes and other stuff they need.
Tomorrow my father, my sister and my nephew will visit for breakfast. After that we'll enjoy the sunshine outside - but I don't know what we'll do.
Probably we'll go to a playground or a park or something like that.
I'm just waiting for my fabric to be delivered and then I sew a curtain for my glass door in the sewing room.
Tomorrow I'll help my grandma move into her new apartment and otherwise I don't have any plans yet.
I just hope for nice weather and one or the other walk in the sun.
I'll go to the dentist on Valentine's Day - very romantic ;)
I need a new dental crown and on that date we will talk about that.
Except from that I don't have any plans - a normal day like evey other day!
But I wish you all a very nice and romantic Valentine's day. Enjoy yourself.
This weekend is nearly over, but the next one will be here soon! :)

I prefer to crochet with a metal hook with plastic handle.
That was the kind of hook I had in my childhood and I I still like it :-)
Some weeks ago I bought a set with bamboo crochet hooks in 16 different sizes.
I thought I woult love this hooks, but I absolutely don't cope with them... Especially the small ones... I need 10 minutes to make a magic ring with this new hooks. A small Amigurumi would take days and weeks with one of them!
I think it's all a matter of practice, but I will continue to work with my metal hooks ;-)
