The bag is made in two colors. The base ( round 1 to 4) and the handles (round 23 & 24) are made from beige color and the body of the bag (round 5 to 22) is blue in color.

Start with ch 45,
Round 1: ch4, 1dc into 5th ch from the hook, (ch1, 1dc into the same ch) x 3, now working through single loops of the subsequent chains, (ch1, skip 1 ch, 1dc into next ch) x 21, ch1, 1dc into the last ch, (ch1, 1dc into the same ch) x 4, now working through the opposite side, into the other loops of the ch, (ch1, skip 1 ch, 1dc into the next ch) x 21, ch1, sl st into 3rd ch of the starting ch4.
Round 2: ch4, (skip ch1 sp, 1dc on top of the next underlying 1dc) x 51, ch1, sl st into 3rd ch of the starting ch4.

Making the Straps of Bag:
Round 23: Ch3, (1dc into ch1 sp, 1dc on top of the underlying 1dc) x 12, ch 110 for the strap (approx 70cm), skip 10 dc, 1dc on top of next dc, (1dc into ch1 sp, 1dc on top of the underlying 1dc) x 14, ch110 for the second strap, skip 10 dc, 1dc on top of next dc, (1dc into ch1 sp, 1dc on top of the underlying 1dc) x 2, sl st on top of starting ch3.
