You will need for this:

- Cord, for example, from Bobbiny

- Crochet hook size 8

- Scissors

(- Optional: stitch markers)

And here's how it's done:

1. Crochet a magic ring with 6 single crochets.

2. We crochet in continuous rounds (without joining the round), as this is much easier for beginners, especially with cord. If you have difficulty keeping count, use a stitch marker. Now, double crochet in every stitch.

3. Next, double crochet in every second stitch, so you will have 18 stitches in the round.

4. Now, simply crochet as many rows with 18 single crochets as you like. I did this 7 times.

5. Crochet four chain stitches, skip three single crochets, and connect the chain stitches to the basket with a slip stitch.

6. Now, crochet a turning chain, crochet one single crochet in each chain stitch, and connect it again with a slip stitch.

7. Crochet a turning chain again and finally complete a round with slip stitches to finish.
