Witch's hat - Halloween decor

Materials:

Black yarn (acrylic yarn, wool or cotton). I used acrylic yarn, 400 m/100 g. The consumption is minimal, approx. 10 gr.
- A small amount of yellow, purple yarn
- A crochet hook, I used 1,25 mm crochet hook  
- A sewing needle

Abbreviations:
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in 1 st)
dec – decrease (single crochet two stitches together)
 (...) x N times – repeat instructions in brackets N times

Hat
Crochet with black yarn.

Ribbon
Work with purple yarn
38 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 37 sc
Cut off yarn, fasten off. Leave the tip for sewing.

Buckle
Work with yellow yarn
4 ch, starting from 2nd ch from hook: 3 sl st, 6 ch, 1 sl st into point А, 6 ch, 1 sl st i to point В.
Bind off, cut off any excess yarn.

Thread the ribbon through the buckle. Sew it to the hat.

This hat is a Halloween decor. It's suitable for a small doll, a witch, a crocheted pumpkin, a ghost, a black cat, or a snake like this one.
