Free Crochet Pattern. Strawberry Baby Booties.

Sole of Bootie:

Rnd 1: Starting at center with chain of 16 stitches. Crochet hook 2,5 mm.

Rnd 2: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each of next 13 ch, 3 sc in next ch, then, working in other side of  base ch, sc in each of next 13 ch, 2 sc in next ch and 2 sc in next sc.

I don´t join rounds with the help of slip stitch but crochet in a circle.

Rnd 3: sc in each of next 13 sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc, sc in each of next 13 sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc.

Rnd 4: sc in each of next 8 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, 2 dc in each of next 6 sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, hdc in each of next 3 sc, sc in each of next 7 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc twice, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc.

Rnd 5: sc in each of next 8 sc, hdc in each of next 3 hdc, dc in each of next 6 dc, 2 dc in each of next 6 dc, dc in each of next 6 dc, hdc in each of next 3 hdc, sc in each of next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc.

Rnd 6:  sc in each of next 60 st around.

Rnd 7: scbp worked in each of the next 60 sc around.

Sides of Bootie:

Rnd 1: ch5 (counts as dc and ch 2), dc in the same st as ch, *ch 2, skip next 2 sts, sc in next st, ch 2, skip next 2 sts, 2 dc separated by ch 2 in next st*, repeat from* to* 9 times, ch 2, skip next 2 sts, sl st.

Rnd 2: ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), dc2tog in the same st as ch, ch2, 2 clusters of 3 dc separated by ch 2 in ch-2 space, *ch 1, skip next 5 sts, 3 clusters of 3 dc separated by ch 2 in ch 2 space*, repeat from*to* 9 times, ch 1, sl st.

Rnd 3: ch 4 (counts as dc and ch 1), skip next 2 sts, *dc in ch 2 space, ch 1, skip next 2 sts, dc in ch 2 space, ch 1, skip next 2 sts, dc in ch 1 space, ch 1*, repeat from* to* 9 times, sl st.

Rnd 4: ch 1, sc in the same st as ch and each of next 12 sts, dc2tog 14 times, sc in each of next 19 sts, sl st.

Rnd 5: ch 1, sc in each of next 12 sts, dc2tog 7 times, sc in each of next 20 sts, sl st.

Rnd 6: ch5 (counts as dc and ch 2), * skip 2 sts, dc in next st, ch 2*, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd, sl st. The amount of dc should be divided by 2 (e.g. I have 14 dc in this Rnd).

Rnd 7: ch 1, sc in the same st as ch, *skip 2 sts, 3 dc in next dc, picot of 3 ch, 2 dc in the same dc, skip 2 sts, sc in next dc *, repeat from* to* till the end of Rnd, cut the yarn.

Finishing:

The sole crochet with crab stitch (reverse single crochet) and weave ribbon through spaces between dc´s.

Large Flower:

Ch 4, join with sl st to form ring. 10 sc in the ring, sl st to join. Ch6, skip 1 sc, sc in the next  st, *ch 5, skip 1 sc, sc in the next  st*, repeat from* to* 4 times.  In ch5 space 1sc, 1hdc, 3 dc, 1hdc, 1 sc*, repeate from* to * 5 times.

Little Flowers:

Ch 4, join with sl st to form ring. 10 sc in the ring, sl st to join. Ch6, skip 1 sc, sc in the next  st, *ch 5, skip 1 sc, sc in the next  st*, repeat from* to* 4 times.
