SKILLS REQUIRED:
Basic knitting stitches and basic sewing

FINISHED SIZE:
The dog is 50 cm long (from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail)

MATERIALS AND TOOLS
You will need:
• any DK yarn of the following colours:

• beige – 15 g
• brown – 50 g
• the leftover of black yarn
  • two brown 16-18-mm buttons (to join the ears)
  • two black 12-14-mm toggle buttons or toy eyes
  • textile transparent glue and superglue
  • stuffing polyester
  • US 1 (2.5 mm) knitting needles

The pattern gives three variants of dog covers.

To make dog covers you will need:
• dog cover “Sailor’s vest”:

• any DK yarn of the following colours: blue – 12 g; white – 18 g
• nine white or blue 10-11-mm buttons
  • dig cover “Meadow”:
• any DK yarn of the following colours: light blue – 12 g
• light green – 16 g
• 19-20 flower buttons of different colours (Ø 12-14 mm)
  • dog cover “Christmas”:
• any DK yarn of the following colours: white and red – 8 g each; green – 15 g
• six white, red or green 10-11-mm buttons
