Knitting pattern shawl "Eowyn "

Éowyn is an asymmetrical shawl which is worked sideways. The center section is simply knitted in garter stitch and it is topped off with a easy little border. If you want, you can insert beads.

The crescent and asymmetric shape results of regularly increases and decreases.

The size is approx. 145 x 40 cm [57 x 15.75 in], it can be worked bigger or smaller.

Needed materials:

• approx. 420 - 450 m [459 - 492 yds] of fingering or sport weight yarn
• knitting needle size matching the yarn used
• stitch marker

• if needed beads
