Beautiful pattern

IMPORTANT: You are buying a PDF crochet pattern, NOT the finished wreath.
This pattern is included in English AND German – both PDF versions are part of the download.
A festive balloon gnome in a wreath: the little gnome with a long dark-blue pointy hat and a fluffy white beard leans into a wreath (approx. 30 cm) made of crocheted balloons and baubles in different shades of blue. With the little stars a Christmas dream – without them lovely décor all year round.
If you run into any trouble, or if an error has slipped in somewhere: please message me FIRST, before leaving a review – we’ll sort it out together!
Required skills: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, magic ring, increase and decrease.
The pattern is a detailed step-by-step PDF with lots of photos. Every round/row is written out individually, with stitch counts.
Skill level: intermediate – several small pieces (hat, body, beard, feet, hands, baubles) plus gluing and sewing when assembling the wreath.
Finished wreath: approx. 30 cm across plus the hanger. Gauge: 26 stitches × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4 in (2.5 mm hook). Yarn used: Schachenmayr Catania.
• 50 g dark blue (420), light blue (173)
• scraps in white, skin colour (433), tile blue (380), ocean (400), turquoise (397), jade (253), natural (105)
• white fluffy yarn
• approx. 5 m of natural 5 mm macramé cord
• a metal ring approx. 30 cm in diameter
• a few silver Christmas-bauble caps (I used 9)
• two white Christmas baubles, approx. 2.5 cm
• stuffing
• crochet hook 2.5 mm, darning needle, scissors, glue, hot glue gun
You are welcome to sell your finished balloon gnome, as long as you include a note "Made from a pattern by Masche-fuer-Masche" with a link to my shop. The pattern itself is for private use only – it may not be sold, gifted, shared or published in any way, in any language.
You can download the pattern immediately after receipt of payment.
