Crochet patterns Simple Hearts - PDF Download

With this crochet pattern, you can crochet some simple hearts. The pattern includes 2 different heart shapes (for a narrow and a wide heart).
You can use the hearts for many occasions like Christmas, Valentine, engagement/wedding or Mother's Day.
They are also perfect for decoration or as a small gift. Hearts are in general great symbols of love and will bring joy to almost everyone.
They are super quick and easy to make and a brilliant way to use your yarn scraps!

Abbreviations used in the pattern (US TERMS):
• ch = chain
• st = stitch
• sc = single crochet
• inc = increase/ 2 sc in the same st
• dec = decrease/ 2 sc together

SKILL LEVEL: Easy/ beginner
The pattern includes 9 pages with step-by-step instructions and photos. It is easy to follow, but you should know some basic stiches (ch, sc) and how to increase and decrease.

Narrow heart: approx. 8 cm/3.1 inch high and 6 cm/ 2.4 inch wide
Wide heart: approx. 6 cm/2.4 inch high and 7 cm/ 2.75 inch wide

I used cotton yarn 8/4 and needle size 2.5 mm. Dimensions of the finished items will vary if you use other weights of yarn or other needle sizes.
