Crochet stars "Bubble Stars Nordic" - PDF crochet pattern - NO sew pattern

With this crochet pattern, you can crochet your own “Bubble Stars Nordic”.

The stars can be crocheted in two different sizes and they will become a perfect, modern decoration in your home. You can use them around the year or for Christmas. If you attach a string or a ribbon they can hang. It is also possible to use them as a tree topper.

Don’t worry if you have not crocheted the bubble stitch before. You will find a tutorial for it in this pattern.

SKILL LEVEL: Easy (confident beginner)

This easy-to-follow pattern contains 10 pages with detailed instructions, lots of progress pictures explaining how to crochet and assemble these beautiful stars. The pattern is a NO SEW pattern, the stars are crocheted together, you don’t have to sew anything!

The instructions are easy to follow, but you should be familiar with the abbreviations below. The pattern does NOT contain basic crochet lessons!
Abbreviations used in the pattern (US crochet terms): chain, magic ring, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, increase and decrease.

SIZE
With the recommended yarn and hook your “Bubble Stars Nordic” will be about 15 cm/5.9 inch (big size) and 11 cm/4.3 inch (small size) tall.

Please note that the items will vary if you use other weights of yarn or other needle sizes.

• 4-ply cotton yarn or the yarn of your choice, approx. 50 g/1.75 oz for both stars. I used “Scheepjes Organicon” (50 g/170 m = 1.75 oz/186 yds) in the colors “Ashen Mink” and “Frosted Silver”.

• crochet hook NS 3.00 mm (or a hook matching the yarn of your choice)

• stuffing (fiberfill)
